A Note from Idea Helix

Let's first take a moment to think about all the medical teams that are in the front and center defending as the world confronts the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are eternally thankful to them and our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who is affected.

You are a valued member of Idea Helix's family, and I am writing to let you know that we at Idea Helix stand with you during this situation. All of you, who irrespective of where you work, are undoubtedly grappling with the effects of pandemic, staying isolated, balancing life with everyone at home, (for some including kids being at home) while a "remote work" life also kicks in. During this crisis, please reach out to us with your questions and concerns and we will address our best to mitigate disruptions or negative effects to your job position due to the COVID-19. We are committed to your success.

As social distancing increases, it will be critical to remain meaningfully engaged with the people. And as organizations continue to navigate uncharted territory, adopting new processes (e.g. work from home,staggered work hours to avoid contacts), it will be critical to function in an organized manner as we did all these days. Leveraging mobile and being online, Idea Helix is working on ways to effectively address these challenges.
