Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, the employee will be part of our Salesforce Practices and will be providing consulting services to our clients . The Selected Professional will be working from our Fremont, California office. He / She should be a result-driven Salesforce Principal Delivery Manager with a decade of experience in software development, who will be managing client relationships, leading cross functional teams, and delivering salesforce projects. As a Salesforce Industry expert, he / she should provide technology solutions to deliver digital transformation programs that maximize our business impact. He / She will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and conduct regular status meetings and project updates. Should excel in client relationship management and has a proven track record of aligning technology solutions with business goals, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead all aspects of Salesforce operational delivery, overseeing monthly maintenance releases, end-user support ticket resolution, and system management for optimal performance.
  • Play a key role in staffing processes, actively participating in recruitment and retention initiatives while providing leadership and support to delivery teams.
  • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and business sponsors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Assume responsibility for internal Salesforce operational excellence, including managing business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedure definition.
  • Influence strategic investment decisions by leveraging insights from operational activities and recommended enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to formulate comprehensive project plans and communicate clear expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage daily team activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards across project execution methodology, requirements gathering, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively estimate and allocate resources required to achieve project objectives, including projections for new business opportunities.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts within the project team, while devising contingency plans for potential crises.
  • Stay informed about emerging technology trends within the assigned product/technology domain, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, particularly with Salesforce and other vendors on the Salesforce platform, to maximize collaboration and value delivery.
  • Maintain financial oversight by managing the assigned budget throughout project execution.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to enhance overall project and operational outcomes.
  • Champion best practices in Salesforce operational delivery to drive efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular code and system reviews.
  • Oversee the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions and document project progress, milestones, and key decisions.
  • Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • Hands on Salesforce Cloud Development, Configuration & Setup of Salesforce Platform for customer and Users.
The position of Delivery Manager is a professional position within a specialty occupation. The position requires the application of technology and principles that can only be gained through attainment of at least a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering, or related field. The beneficiary is well qualified for the position.

  • Extensive experience in delivery management.
  • Possesses relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management expertise.
  • Skilled in negotiation and prioritization with teams and customers.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution in the Salesforce domain.
