Tracy Posadowski joined ideaHelix as Chief Marketing Officer in January, 2024. She is a technology go-to-market expert and award-winning growth program builder, bringing deep experience working in global partner ecosystems with software and services companies. Tracy began her career with one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies and moved into various international roles with OEMs, resellers and system integrators. She co-founded a leading UK-based B2B fintech company which resulted in an acquisition and founder exit to the world’s largest technology distributor, TD Synnex. Tracy specializes in positioning companies for market growth and investment, and has helped secure over $150M USD in venture funding, and increased pipeline by as much as 8X quarter-over-quarter. She has successfully taken new and emerging solutions to market in over 15 countries across Europe and N. America, and developed brands from the ground up.
Andrew Garner
ideaHelix is delighted to announce that Andrew Garner has come onboard to spearhead the company’s sales efforts in EMEA. With over 30 years of executive sales experience with global hi-tech companies and strong domain expertise in Communications and Media industries, Andrew will focus on new customer opportunities and further strengthening partnerships at ideaHelix. As a seasoned sales executive, Andrew brings with him a proven track record in designing customer transformation programs, including customer and project turnaround and new customer acquisition. His focus has always been on serving large enterprise customers, delivering proven business results. “I’m looking forward to joining the team at ideaHelix and developing the EMEA territory,” said Andrew. “We have only scratched the surface in EMEA and I’m excited to work with our customers, partners and team to expand our footprint and deliver best-in-class transformation projects.” Prior to joining ideaHelix, Andrew held the position of Regional Vice President at Salesforce. He also held executive positions at Vlocity and Microsoft.
Augusto Vilarelle
Augusto Villarelle is General Manager and EVP for the Latam region. He is an experienced telecommunications professional with a proven track record of driving technological innovation. With a background in engineering and a passion for cutting-edge solutions, he has excelled in optimizing network performance and delivering impactful projects. Prior to joining the IdeaHelix team, Augusto served in senior-level roles at both Salesforce and Vlocity in Latin America, managing a portfolio of programs across Salesforce Clouds. His expertise encompasses both technical and strategic aspects of the field, making him a valuable asset for any organization. With an insatiable curiosity and dedication to staying current, Augusto thrives in dynamic industry landscapes. His collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence make him a true leader in the telecommunications realm.
Rinoy Varkey
Rinoy Varkey is the Customer Success Officer at IdeaHelix. He is an accomplished digital transformation champion, having led successful implementations globally. Previously, Rinoy served at IBM Consulting as Global Partner, Salesforce and Salesforce Industries. Prior to this, he has held various Director-level roles at KPMG-ATOS, Oracle, and Vlocity. Rinoy has overseen the implementation of complex programs using distributed delivery models in the Communications, Media, Energy & Utilities and Financial Services. He leads with a business-first approach to deliver digital transformations that drive measurable impact on business KPI's. Rinoy deploys innovative solutions for customers that use technology as an enabler for business advantage and agility.
Shawn Henshall
Shawn Henshall is the Executive Vice President of Products and Architecture at IdeaHelix. Previously, Shawn has created and deployed software solutions with leading enterprise software companies including Salesforce, Vlocity, Sigma Systems and Oracle. Shawn is passionate about building software that delivers business value for clients. He drives industry innovation and thought leadership through collaboration, team building and mentoring. Throughout his career, Shawn has led teams in the construction and delivery of highly complex, next-generation operational software for the Telecommunications, Media, Energy, Finance, Insurance and Automotive Industries. He works to build strong customer relationships based on trust and responsiveness, with a focus on delivering high-value features throughout the product release lifecycle.
Higinio Lobato
IdeaHelix is excited to announce that Higinio Lobato has joined the company to drive expert delivery of business-led transformation projects across EMEA. Bringing over 25 years of experience in leading transformation programs for global telecommunications companies, Higinio will add even more depth and breadth to the Communications and Media expertise at ideaHelix. Previously Director and Head of Pre-sales at Salesforce, Higinio led the Communications and Media Solution Engineering team in EMEA, working with global companies including more than 100 Communication Service Providers across 20+ countries. He excels in business process optimization, project management, and team leadership. With a diverse background spanning various roles at leading firms like Huawei and Accenture, he brings extensive expertise to every project. “I am driven to find opportunities to make an impact. With ideaHelix’s innovative approach, I’m excited to make a difference in the industries and communities we serve,” said Higinio. “ideaHelix has a reputation for fostering teamwork and valuing diverse perspectives. Irina Ruzaeva
Irina Ruzaeva is Regional Vice President of Business Development and Alliances. With over a decade of sales and business development experience in the IT industry, Irina had previously worked at technology giants such as Orange Business and ORACLE. She has extensive experience selling a diverse range of products, from hardware solutions such as Avaya, Cisco, and Sun Microsystems, to databases, fusion middleware, business intelligence, and ERP/EPM systems. Irina’s professional journey has equipped her with the skills to adeptly navigate complex projects and cross-cultural challenges. Her mission at ideaHelix is to facilitate growth through establishing trustworthy and mutually-beneficial relationships with our customers and partners.
Anfernee Chan
ideaHelix is delighted to welcome Anfernee Chan to our team. With over 23 years of experience in technology sales and leadership roles, including seven years at Salesforce and 15 years at IBM, Anfernee brings a wealth of experience to his role as Regional Sales Director for EMEA and Asia. Anfernee will be focused on growing our customer base and partner relationships in these two key regions for ideaHelix. Anfernee’s Salesforce journey began in Hong Kong in 2017 as a core Enterprise Account Executive covering the communications, media and banking industries. His outstanding performance led to his promotion to Regional Sales Director where he managed a team of core Account Executives and the enterprise business for Hong Kong. In 2021, Anfornee relocated from Hong Kong to London and took on the role of Salesforce Industries Specialist for Communications Cloud, Media Cloud and Public Sector Solutions. Prior to joining Salesforce, he was the Client Unit Executive at IBM Hong Kong, leading a team in the Communications and Public Sector business. A lifelong learner, Anfernee has achieved 3-star Ranger status on Trailhead and holds eight Salesforce certifications. Outside of work, he enjoys wine tasting and playing basketball.
Subbu Parameswaran
Subbu Parameswaran is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founding Member at IdeaHelix. A technology and business leader with extensive experience in strategic leadership, growth operations, people empowerment and quality engineering, Subbu has more than 20 years experience in various roles across FinTech, Retail, Ecommerce and Telecom industry verticals. As the COO, he leads in the creation and execution of successful business strategies, drives revenue growth, and builds strong relationships with customers and employees. In addition to his role at IdeaHelix, he is an advisor to multiple startups. He is a Top Mentoring Voice on LinkedIn, and is passionate about educating the underprivileged and helping eradicate hunger.

Sangeetha is the Chief Delivery Officer at IdeaHelix, with 22 years of professional experience. She holds an MBA and completed an executive course at Stanford University. With over a decade in the Salesforce ecosystem, she has previously worked at Intelliswift and Artech. Sangeetha has mentored over 500 individuals, helping them to become Salesforce certified professionals. Her client portfolio at IdeaHelix includes Cadence Design Systems, Western Digital, DDN, StormForge, Nuvision Federal Credit Union, American Advisory Group, PGE, and Lumen. Sangeetha is passionate about nurturing talent in the Salesforce and Vlocity space

Shyam is the Chief Financial Officer at IdeaHelix. He is a versatile finance and operations expert in the IT services sector with more than 40 + years of experience in Banking, Technology & Finance. His emphasis on global customer journey & process improvement is an upshot of his fervent approach to the dynamic intersection of finance and technology. Some of his many successes include FP&A, change management, mergers and acquisitions, stakeholder collaborations, and handling complex exit strategies.
