Rinoy is a digital transformation leader with 20+ years of experience in business consulting, solution architecture, and program delivery across multiple industries. As Chief Success Officer at ideaHelix, he serves as a trusted advisor to our customers globally; bringing deep expertise in Salesforce Industries, Revenue Cloud and large-scale transformation programs.
He has delivered 16+ end-to-end digital transformation programs and helped shape agile, distributed delivery models. Rinoy also leads the IdeaHelix tooling strategy; focused on reducing implementation risk, accelerating delivery through automation and lowering total cost of ownership.

Dan is a seasoned business executive and product innovator with decades of experience in the communications and enterprise software industries, including leadership roles at AT&T, Siebel Systems, Oracle, and Salesforce. Previously, Augusto held senior executive roles at Salesforce, Vlocity, Netcracker, and HP: where he built regional delivery teams, exceeded growth targets, and led strategic initiatives across the LATAM.
