Bringing over 25 years of experience in leading transformation programs for global telecommunications companies, Higinio will add even more depth and breadth to the Communications and Media expertise at ideaHelix.
Previously Director and Head of Pre-sales at Salesforce, Higinio led the Communications and Media Solution Engineering team in EMEA, working with global companies including more than 100 Communication Service Providers across 20+ countries. He excels in business process optimization, project management, and team leadership. With a diverse background spanning various roles at leading firms like Huawei and Accenture, he brings extensive expertise to every project.
