Responsibilities
The responsibilities will have a broader executive and managerial scope. The selected person will be a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational execution and crafting growth-oriented strategies to increase profitability in the U.S. market. He / She will build consensus and strategic relationships across client organizations, leading high-impact transformation initiatives that improve efficiency. In collaboration with key stakeholders, he / she will ensure the validation and continued development of client solutions, aligning them with evolving customer needs. He / She will also lead negotiations with multiple business stakeholders, maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and will contribute strategically to the business roadmap by applying market insights and industry trends. This role includes defining best practices for project management and delivery, maximizing quality, velocity, and overall execution. Additionally, he / She will evaluate the company’s technology landscape, resource requirements, and market demand to assess project feasibility and inform business decisions.
As Vice President – Consulting and Delivery, the resource holds direct accountability for driving company growth, enhancing profitability, and making strategic decisions that align with the organization’s long-term vision. He / She will be responsible for implementing and continuously monitoring this vision while identifying optimal methods to strengthen infrastructure and improve operational efficiency. A central part of this role is to lead strategic initiatives that uncover new market opportunities, contributing directly to increased enterprise value.
In addition to delivery responsibilities, he / she will also play a crucial role in pre-sales activities conducting client presentations, sharing organizational capabilities, and guiding prospective clients through service offerings, especially in the non-profit sector. He will engage in technical and financial discussions with clients, respond to RFPs, and collaborates with both field and inside sales teams to refine lead conversion processes.
He /she also participates in industry conferences and leadership forums to identify business development opportunities. In his / her ongoing engagements, he / she will meet with clients to clarify project scopes, provide updates on offshore and nearshore development efforts, and resolve technical issues arising from changes in requirements.
As a strategic leader, he/she will be responsible for expanding ideaHelix’s global presence through both short- and long-term business growth initiatives. In this role he/she will advise on infrastructure investments, explore new partnership opportunities, and manage investor relations through deal negotiations that fuel expansion. He/she will oversee client account management, supports clients with their technology and business strategies, and contribute to the evaluation of new technologies. Working closely with the CEO, he will assist prioritization of resource allocation in emerging areas with strong revenue potential. They also champion technical excellence and thought leadership, consistently engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and value creation.
Educational Background : Minimum U.S. bachelor’s degree or higher
