I joined ideaHelix in 2014 and currently serve as Director of Delivery, with 8x Salesforce certifications and a PMP. I lead complex Salesforce programs across Revenue, Sales, Service, and Data Clouds; ensuring delivery with precision, quality, and impact.
Known for solving challenges through strong leadership and innovative tools, I partner closely with clients as a trusted advisor, helping achieve key business goals. I also mentor delivery teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Beyond project execution, I contribute to ideaHelix’s growth through P&L ownership, risk management, and strategic initiatives. I’m passionate about building strong teams, scaling delivery excellence, and driving lasting customer success.

I joined ideaHelix in September 2024 to lead Test Automation, bringing 20 years’ experience in CRM testing and enterprise-grade automation. With experience across both Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce, I specialise in building robust, scalable QA solutions for complex ecosystems.
My expertise spans Salesforce Industries, Revenue Cloud, and Data Cloud. I see testing as a craft that blends business insight, technical depth, and curiosity.
As a hands-on tech leader, I architect automation frameworks, shape QA strategy, and mentor high-performing teams. At ideaHelix, I’m focused on making QA a strategic driver of every Salesforce transformation.

I joined ideaHelix as an architect in 2023 to focus on our Salesforce Industries and Revenue Cloud initiatives across EMEA. With a background in mathematics and programming, I bring 10+ years of hands-on experience in major digital transformation programs in telecom.
One of the early adopters of Vlocity in Europe, I’ve helped shape some of the first Salesforce Industries implementations; starting as a developer and growing into a lead architect. I focus on building scalable end-to-end solutions that bridge business needs with smart technical design.
